A sail-less voy was ours again
Smooth waters gave our day
A calm that zen’d us in a loop
On the “Nothingness Bay”
Broken up with oncoming waves
As captains make their call
Letting all the mates to know
So they don’t slip and fall
A breeze that’s given only for
The 5 knots engines given
We love how it cools of the sweat
A tiny little tippen
The 2nd 1st mate did make the call
To start the day of rashons
So captains would not get the chance
To hand out all their lashins
As it is on all our days
We veg in our own manner
We find our each own favorite place
To get a little tanner
Our skin today is saying halt
Give me a friggen break
I need a rest from heat and wind
It’s all that I can take
Our Beaufort port is coming up
Beyond the “Nothingness Bay”
To dinner for the “Salt-Us” food
Good friends, cool air…..hooooray!
