There is a love that can’t be matched
In our heart of hearts
A friendship that has all the angles
And has all of the parts
It goes through all the ups and downs
But forgivness always wins
Because deep down in many ways
You guys are just mere twins
My sis was more to me most times
She was my mother too
Her love gave me a big bright smile
Her name was Betty Lou
Pansies were her flower of choice
Purple was the best
So I painted her this painting
And she was so impressed
In her eyes I could do no wrong
With her unconditional love
I can feel her looking on me
Familiar feelings from above
Now living life eternally
She’s smiling down on me
Clear with understanding
And feeling all her glee
Today is Betty’s birthday
Of when she came to earth
As human on this playground
Her life gave me my mirth
