Our awareness is around us
Like a huge protective shield
Constant also changing
Our thinking is our yield
A force so ever powerful
It has all of the might
To make the things in our life
All wrong or all just right
To say that we are victim
To things when they go bad
Is to say that we don’t have a choice
In the thoughts that we have had
This is hard to understand
And totally believe
But as you pay attention
To the thoughts that you receive
Notice your awareness
And where you are in life
Notice if your thinking
Makes you happy or gives you strife
