My happiness depends on me
So you are off the hook
I will just take some time
And inside I will look
On purpose for the things around
That give me some relief
And take me to a placid place
A place that’s without grief
I’ll think in earnest of the things
That make me feel the best
And if it doesn’t right off work
I will not get obsessed
I’ll keep on keeping on my path
By controlling all my thoughts
Noticing all the beautiful things
Around me in onslaughts
You cannot help me with all this
It has to come from me
But you can do the same for you
And rid your life’s debris
